Associate Attorney - Insurance Recovery

Ideal candidates will have first or third party insurance coverage and litigation experience. The Sholl Firm represents policyholders on a broad range of complex coverage litigations, including bad faith, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber and excess liability. Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-litigation

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to work with clients and staff to discuss and resolve cases, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn client trust, confidence, and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands, offers and negotiate claims. The position is equally suited to a new Attorney or a seasoned one looking to practice personal injury in pre-litigation. As this is a pre-litigation position, the work is office-based and requires little to no travel or litigation work.

Senior Associate - Trial Attorney

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. 

Discovery Counsel - Part Time

Discovery counsel refers to an attorney whose legal practice focuses primarily on civil discovery and who routinely provides legal advice and supervision in this dynamic and technical field. In this role, you carry out duties related to researching and extracting electronic information to use in legal cases. Your responsibilities as an e-discovery attorney are to identify the best process to collect stored information that could aid a legal team in an investigation or courtroom case. You then place the data into a secure database and code it for document review by eligible parties.
